Your surgeon is right; vasectomy does not decrease the volume of the ejaculation, which comes from 1% of the testicles. The other 99 % of the volume of the ejaculation come from the prostate, seminal vesicle and others little glands.

6- After vasectomy, I have sometimes some difficulties to have an erection. Is vasectomy the cause of this erectile problem? Which drugs can I take in order to find a solution to my problem?
