Fellatio: Risks might exist

Fellatio is oral sex (stimulation of the penis with the mouth hand tongue) performed on a man.

How to perform great fellatio is an often-asked question, simply because most men really enjoy it.

Fellatio can be performed on a soft or erected penis. If the penis is not erected, it should not be long before your partner gets an erection.

During fellatio, do not be afraid to use your hands. The penis is a sensitive organ but there are many other erogenous zones on a man’s body such as scrotum, testicles, inner thighs and anal region.

Most men do not like the feeling of teeth on their penis so it is best to minimize teeth contact with the penis (except if your partner asks for it). Teeth can cause discomfort and sometimes scratches to the skin if you are not careful. One way to avoid the contact of teeth is to slide your lips gently over your teeth before you take the penis into your mouth.

Being comfortable during fellatio is essential, so find a position that works for both of you. The most common position for fellatio is when the person performing fellatio kneels before a standing partner or lies between his legs. This position gives complete access to the penis, testicles, scrotum, inner thighs and anus. This position also minimizes sore neck for the performer.

Hold the base of the penis, and then start by kissing and licking around the penis. Use your saliva (most people do) to lubricate the whole penis.

If you are using condom, try using an unlubricated one as the lubricants used on condom taste really bad. You can also buy flavored lubricant to turn a unlubricated condom into something a bit more tasty than latex.

Make a ring with your lips around the penis then move your mouth up and down on it. You can slide slow or fast and down as far as you can. Always start by sliding slowly from just below the top of the penis to as far down as you like before going faster.

If you encircle your lips firmly around the penis, your sliding will cause the most stimulation.

Do not forget that you still have a free hand that you can move all over your partner’s body.

There are many things that you can do with your mouth on the penis like licking it all over, sucking on it, flicking your tongue tip rapidly across the top.

As you go faster and deeper, get into a regular rhythm then after few minutes draw the penis out slowly while sucking on it.

As he approaches orgasm, lick the most erogenous zones of the penis which include the area just below the head of the penis on the underside (frenulum), the seam of the penis which runs from the scrotum to the head, the base of the penis and the entire head of the penis.

During fellatio, you can pause and concentrate on the rest of your partner’s body to prolong things when he is too close to orgasm for example. Generally, it is the longer fellatio that usually results in more intense orgasms.

Many men like that their partner swallows their semen but if you do not feel like swallowing it then do not do it! You can still catch it in your mouth then spilt it out.

There is no risk in swallowing the semen of a partner who is in good health.

Risks might exist with fellatio. Therefore, if you have no idea about the health of your partner, it is highly recommended that you use a condom while performing oral sex.
